LANE SPLIT TRAFFIC CONFIGUATION
Traffic on north- and southbound I-15 has moved to a lane split traffic configuration. One lane of traffic crosses onto the opposite side of the freeway, protected by a concrete barrier, and drives against traffic. This traffic configuration allows crews to work in the median for bridge reconstruction.
How to Safely Navigate
Drivers should follow posted signage, message boards and lane lines. Those needing to exit I-15 should stay in the right lanes. Through traffic can use all three lanes. Speeds through the project have been reduced to 60 mph. Courtesy patrol is available 24/7 to assist drivers in need.
Lane Split Dates
Lane splits will remain in place through the end of 2021.
